Commonly asked questions.
You can drop off and collect anytime between 8am and 5pm. If you collect prior to midday, that day is free.
Bring along your pet's vaccination certificate and any prescription diets or medications. Feel free to bring along your own bedding and coats, however we supply everything your little ones need on their stay.
If your pet requires medication while they're staying with us, please bring along the medication and prescriptions. There is no additional charge for administering.
No flea and tick to be put on 2 days prier to arrival.
Of course, you can! We can also provide information on dog friendly areas around Noosa. Our regular drop-off and pickup times apply.
Our Pet Taxi services all the Noosa and Sunshine coast regions. We also provide transport to and from our sister boarding facility Gympie Pet Motel.
